By accessing and using the TalentRank platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our service.

Service Description

TalentRank is an AI-powered platform providing CV screening and analysis. Our services include:

Automated analysis of CV files in PDF and DOCX format
Scoring and ranking candidates against defined criteria
Information extraction and skill matching
Analytics dashboard and reporting

Permitted Use

You may:

Use the platform for legitimate recruitment purposes
Upload candidate CVs with their consent
Share the analysis results within your organisation
Integrate with internal HR systems (Enterprise plan)

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harm others
Upload candidate CVs without their knowledge or consent
Reverse engineer, scrape, or access TalentRank systems outside the methods we provide
Share your account or login credentials with unauthorised parties
Treat AI analysis results as the sole basis for a hiring decision without human review

Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, and content on the TalentRank platform belong to PT Ventera Intellix Group and are protected by copyright law. You retain full ownership of the CV data and documents you upload; we only process them to provide the screening service under these terms.

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the cycle you select at sign-up. Plan changes or cancellations can be requested through our team and take effect from the next billing period. Refund policies follow the agreement stated in each customer's contract or invoice.

Limitation of Liability

TalentRank's AI analysis and scoring results are a decision-support tool, not a final hiring decision. TalentRank is not liable for recruitment decisions made solely on system output without review by the hiring party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in breach of these terms. You may also stop using the service at any time by contacting our team.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
